Dr. Marni Rosner is a New York City-based licensed psychotherapist. For over 15 years, she has provided psychotherapy to individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, loss, and infertility. She received her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Master’s degree from Columbia University. Her post-graduate education includes psychoanalytic training from the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center (PPSC) as well as training in group therapy at the Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society (an affiliate of the American Group Psychotherapy Association). She is the recipient of the University of Pennsylvania’s 2012 Dr. Ram Cnaan award.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Rosner provides supervision and consultation to other clinicians and researchers. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service, and is the current editor of the University of Pennsylvania’s Doctorate in Social Work newsletter, The Clinician. She has been a field supervisor for Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Hunter College’s School of Social Work, and Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service.
Dr. Rosner is a member of the New York State Society for Clinical Social Work, the American Association for Psychoanalysis in Clinical Social Work, the Women’s Mental Health Consortium, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
